Another repress, this time from Scandinavia's Input Output crew. The artists presented on this compilation are, in order of appearance…Dave Tarrida who with his track Melt presents the style that he's known for from his releases on labels such as Tresor, Mosquito, Neue Heimat and his own Sativae, Penalty & Drought to name a few. Second up with a twistedbass-808-electro-track called "Supatrigga" is Blackpool’s own mad man Michael Forshaw who also is known for his own label Chan-n-Mikes and his mega-hit Cheerleaders on Ibrahim Alfa's, Semi-Automatic label. Next there's an appearance by the label owner, Cynthia Stern with the track "Little drummer boy" which is in the same vein as her releases on Currently Processing, Growth & Semi-Automatic, although with a new twist. On the other side you'll first find a massive techno cut-up by the New Yorker in Berlin, Bill Youngman, who is mostly know for his old breakbeat / electrostep releases on Serotonin & Scandinavia but lately has been doing more bassy techno with releases on labels such as Tresor, Neue Heimat & Null. Bill is closely followed up by Tobias Schmidt who takes it more mellow yet with a driving bassline and wicked voices. The mood in the track is between a love song and a horror soundtrack!! Last but not least is Stockholm’s hit machine, Tobias von Hofsten who was the mastermind behind the hit track "I love my 808" which was released on Ioi001. This time it’s almost cheesier but yet with an amazing production, heavy bass and a strong talk-box which takes your mind back to early Underground Resistance.
