What a great album! Sometimes a release comes along that ticks all the boxes - inventive, joyful, just a bit mad and with a whit that brings out the unexpected - and this is one of those albums. Most of the drums and melodies present here are made from collections of sounds recorded at various leisure locations. So, track one is made up of tennis noises and further in there are samples from an ice rink, a gym, a basketball court etc etc.. It's all been built up in a kind of early-Ovuca style, with lots of variation and melody in amongst the in-depth sound processing. It's an excellent experiment, great fun to listen to and a lovely album. Mastered by Kit Clayton
