    The Ragga Twins (alongside producers PJ and Smiley, AKA Shut Up and Dance) revolutionised UK dance music at the start of the 1990s bringing Reggae and Hip-Hop styles together to create Jungle.

    After joining forces with Shut Up And Dance in 1990, these first signs of Jungle were born. Their party-friendly formula of bass, breaks and ragga found a huge following at raves and even a little chart success.

    Now, with new developments in UK dance culture such as Grime, UK Garage - and most recently Dubstep – artists and producers continue to cite Jungle as a pivotal moment in the UKs musical history, Ragga Twins Step Out, chronicles one of the most important groups of this time.

    A brilliant retrospective from Soul Jazz, presented on a 2xCD with extensive sleeve notes and photos. The vinyl format is split over two separate LPs in order to get maximum 'system-friendly' mastering.
