Q: Why should I shop at Warpmart?
A: Warpmart is proud of being one of the fastest, friendliest and most reasonable shops around. We process orders from all over the world and usually dispatch them within 24 hours of them being placed. Our site is secure and easy to use and we stock an ever increasing range of music, merchandise, books, dvds and tickets.
We carefully pick what we stock to try and ensure we have only the best catalogue, as well as this we have all the available Warp catalogue at good prices.

Q: How do I know you have received my order?
A: We send an e-mail confirmation of each order, stating the items ordered and the total cost. You should receive the e-mail within 6 - 24 hours of ordering. When the item is dispatched we will follow the order up with a confirmation of dispatch too. If you haven't received it, you may need to check if it's not in your junk mail, also if your account is registered to the address you think it is.
Q: How long do you take to dispatch an order once it's processed?
A: All orders received by 4pm are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 4pm are dispatched within 24 hours. The only time this won't happen is if there is a problem with your order, or the item is out of stock, in which case you will be promptly contacted, or if the item is a preorder, in which case the item will be dispatched in time for the release date alongside anything you have ordered with it. A: Warpmart try to keep p+p charges as low as possible, and the price that we charge also reflects the standards we try to maintain. We operate a cumulative system, so that the more you buy, the cheaper each item becomes. There will of course be times when different promotions mean reduction in prices (lucky you) But the standard prices are given below:

Q: Will my package be secure in the post?
A: Warpmart pay attention to the way that orders are packed, and we try our best to get your orders to you in mint condition. We employ a dedicated team of packing staff who pack orders securely and tidily in specially made recycled cardboard cruciform. Heavier packages will be sent using a Parcelforce or DHL service, these usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch, anywhere in the world.
We also send almost all our tickets out recorded delivery, for extra security, so make sure you are available to collect them.
Q: Is your website really secure, promise?
A: In short YES. We have been audited for security, and use an encrypted shopping server online to ensure all the details transmitted within our secure area are safe & sound. Finally we never disclose any personal information to any third party.
Q: My card won't go through what's wrong?
A: In order to keep Warpmart fraud free, our banking system is strict, your billing details must be exactly the same as the details your bank has, that means they must be the same as the address your bank sends their statements too, this is the main cause of orders not going through.
Any other issues are usually caused by the card details being written in incorrectly, so please check your details before you click enter them.
If you have any problems and you can't work out what they are, just contact us, we're happy to diagnose the problem as we have records.
Q: I am ordering from outside the UK and have received only part of my order - why is this?
A: Due to UK Post Office weight limits, we sometimes split larger orders into separate packages. Often they will arrive simultaneously, but sometimes the second package will arrive a few days later. If the order is split in this way, we mark the package "Parcel 1 of 2 upwards" to show that the order has been split.
Q: Can I order any other items once my order is placed?
A: Yes you can do a lot more than that: You can manage the account very easily with the new user account system, change quantities, sizes, formats, take orders off etc up until the point the order is processed. Once the order is processed though, it is no longer possible to add anything else. Any problems just contact us with the contact form.
Q: Can you deliver to my work address or friend's house?
A: Yes, however, this service is subject to authorization and because of card security protocol, on first orders we can only deliver to the card address not any other. After that you can deliver to multiple addresses anywhere in the World. We will let you know by e-mail of any problems.
Q: Do you have online sales & return procedure?
A: Yes, we adhere to all UK trading laws and offer a safe & reliable service. We want you to be happy with your shopping experience whilst using Warpmart at all times. Customer satisfaction is a priority, if you are not happy with any aspect of your dealing with us let us know.
1) We will replace any faulty item free of charge. Please contact us via the contact box in your account and we will promptly get back to you. We will require you to return the faulty item(s), but you will be reimbursed for your return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
2) We will exchange any item that is the wrong sizes free of charge too. Again contact us before hand through the contact box in your account and we'll let you know what to do.
3) If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item we will exchange it for the item you wanted, and reimburse you with your postage or some freebies. This human error sometimes happens even though we endeavor to make sure that it doesn't, when it does we try to deal with it swiftly.
Q: I'm impressed with your shop and your service, do you have a mailout I can receive?
A: You will soon be able to receive our weekly mailout, which is just an update of new products.
Q: I'd like to sell my item through your shop, how do i get in touch?
A: You can email us about selling whatever you want by getting in touch using the contact form on the front of the site, we'd have to see what you want to sell first, as we have to make a judgment about whether it's right for both us and you, but it's good to talk, we're always interested in new things and expanding what we sell as long as the quality is high.
